Casa Mattia is a bright and refined flat of about 130 sq. m.. There is a bright and large sitting room with a fireplace, kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The sitting area has a beautiful library loft, with a desk and a Queen-size sofa bed. Here you will find a breathtaking panorama as well as everything necessary for a comfortable stay: cable TV, strong box, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and a fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook your meals by yourself. The linens and the towels are replaced every week. If you have a car, you can park it in our private parking space (not guarded); we also have a covered parking area for motorbikes and bicycles.
